I almost kinda regret asking, but have you checked out VITTS? Their
service ain't cheap, but they're in some pretty "boonies" places -- they
recently set up POPs in Dublin, for example, and have some pretty
impressive coverage. I guess with their financing snafu, they may be a
little more leery about infrastructure expansion, but it can't hurt to
check 'em out.
