First they announced they were going out of business for good. Then they
announced they had obtained funding to "maintain current operations
indefinitely" (note: "indefinitely" does not mean "forever", it means you
don't know). Then they filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
As both a Vitts customer and an employee of a Vitts reseller, I am
personally unhappy to see them in the situation they are in. However, I would
not recommend them for anything except strictly casual home use. A business
generally cannot afford to have their DSL suddenly evaporate when they need
it.
