response. It does indeed clarify NHPR's position.
While I can't speak for the GNHLUG membership, I can
predict that NHPR's continued accessibility to non-Windows
platforms will be greatly appreciated.
I'm glad to hear that your exclusive use of Windows
Media is temporary, and appreciate your sensitivity to the
needs of those of your listeners who use operating systems
other than Windows. As you might expect, issues like this
are hot buttons to non-Windows users, who frequently feel left
out of the "new media", due to Microsoft's marketing strategies.
The platform-neutral companies such as Real are sometimes our
only hope for continued choice.
