1 Technical Lead/Software Developer
This position, reporting to the VP, Engineering,
will act as small team lead and mentor within a high-energy, dedicated, and
talented development group.

Development of Java-based systems & distributed processing software components for our eBusiness management solution products. We're searching for a leader with:
Small team focus that possesses 8+ years' experience developing applications and/or network management products using SNMP or DMI required. The candidate should familiar with object-oriented programming concepts, either in C/C++ or Java. Strong object-oriented design experience, data structure and algorithm skills are expected. Multi-platform experience (Sun Solaris, Linux, Microsoft Windows 95/98/NT) strongly desired. Knowledge of distributed system design concepts, distributed transaction processing XA, JTA, JTS, CORBA), and previous experience in "client/server" and "N-tiered" application development are highly desired. 2 Principal SQA/Test Engineer

Fanatical attention to detail, brilliant ideas, and capacity for independent thought are major plusses.
