I would just like to point out that *nothing* I was trying to do would have 
prevented anyone from viewing the page on what ever their choice of browser
was.  All I wanted was several buttons of uniform length so the page was 
somewhat aesthetically pleasing.  There were plenty of ALT tags, and it's Lynx 
compliant.
