Bob,

Could you possibly elaborate on what one might put in the written comments you 
speak of?  Also, could you expound upon things one should say, and maybe things
one might want to avoid stating?

Obviously the Linux Advocacy HOWTO is a good start, but why types of things 
are likely to hurt our cause, and which are likely to help?  Should some of us 
decide to attend these hearings, how should we dress? etc.

I think it's important for us to understand the ramifications of our potential 
actions here before we storm the State House with 200 local advocates and 
prove to them that Linux is absolutely the wrong choice!
