I don't think it makes sense to talk about ppp over DHCP. What I want to do is
see the negoatiation between my ISP and my machine that assigns my machine its
IP address. Since this happens before interface ppp0 is up, my packet sniffer
can't see it. This may require either a kenel hack or invasive hardware.
