Creative labs CT5880: "SoundBlaster16/PCI"
Creative labs ES1371: "Ensoniq AudioPCI"
Creative labs EMU10K: "SoundBlaster Live! (and variants)"
are good bets.
If you want to do studio stuff, you might be better off with a combination
of CT5880/ES1371 for MIDI and a MIDIMAN Delta 44 or 66 for audio.
For MIDI sequencing I've just knuckled under and bought an Akai
MPC2000XL. Maybe I'll get an MM Delta for audio mastering after
Ardour is further along.
