/etc/sysconfig/network

I think this is the second message about this I've seen this week.
With RH 7.1, you should be able to do this, assuming your BIOS
supports it. If you've got a fairly new machine, you shouldn't have a
problem. I did it on my Toshiba:

Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System
  /dev/hda1 * 1 2101 16876251 c Win95 FAT32 (LBA)
  /dev/hda2 2102 2105 32130 83 Linux
  /dev/hda3 2106 3648 12394147+ 5 Extended
  /dev/hda5 2106 2233 1028128+ 83 Linux
  /dev/hda6 2234 2249 128488+ 82 Linux swap
  /dev/hda7 2250 3648 11237436 83 Linux

I don't remember the details, but judging by the above I used fdisk to
partition manually (since if there's already a primary partition, the
red hat installer generally creates only logical partitions in the
extended partition)... I do remember the installer warning me that
this might not work, but it did.
