I can arrange to get the room at Martha's for some night next week if
we want to have a preliminary *planning* meeting.
I'm not claiming to "be in command" (a la Al Haig... ;)
however, I will gladly volunteer to get the room, start off a
planning meeting to come up with ideas of what we can do, and start
delegating action items and attemt to keep track of stuff!

planning meeting sometime next week.
Do we want to have this meeting next Wed. in lieu of a regular MELBA
meeting?
