Linux Weekly News (lwn.net) had a nice summary of the 2.4.10 VM changes
at http://lwn.net/2001/0927/kernel.php3 .  Essentially, "everyone" is
complaining about the massive changes in 2.4.10 except for the users. 
I haven't seen anything about it in Kernel Traffic yet, though...
