In Mandrake, if you are running X, look in the menus under Configuration, then Packaging, for Software Manager. If at a console, type "man urpmi". The mirror I'd use for Mandrake 8.0 packages is: ftp://jungle.metalab.unc.edu and the directory there is: /pub/linux/distributions/mirror/mandrake2/Mandrake-old/8.0/i586/Mandrake/RPMS/ HTH -- Bill Mullen [EMAIL PROTECTED] Nov 7, 2001 ***************************************************************** To unsubscribe from this list, send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the text 'unsubscribe gnhlug' in the message body. *****************************************************************
