Rumor has it there is, but I've heard it's not overly reliable yet.

What I don't understand is why rpm doesn't do this to begin with.
It can obviously resolve what the dependancies are, there's a built 
in mechanism to fetch rpms from a remote site via http or ftp.  So 
why not have this built in.

Any one know what the issues are?
