I was just informed that the person who informed me
was informed wrong.

It is a SMDR "hexatext" file and it does not need to be
comma delimitted but rather simply fixed length ascii.

They have the whole IT dept working on it but I was told
that if the linux people did it first and before 4:30, it might
seal our conversion to Linux.

My, office politics.  Back to the search...
