For what it's worth I was looking into high speed connectivity for the Dublin consolidated school. I was able to find out
1) Dublin has its own CO 2) Yankee Magazine has like 3 t-1's running into it I had started to work with G-4 Communications out of Manchester shortly befor the project got cancelled.
