The guy who set up their network is very very good. I know for sure a few people are running Solaris on their network, so I imagine linux should be okay - but it's always the same... if you want support, you know what to do:) They've also (so far) had a very good reputation with the guys I work with that have their cablemodem service for uptime and speed.
