If you your software is GPL licensed using the AdaCore version works,
unless of course you want a 64bit version for Windows that they do not
provide. In that case you can grab a copy of gdb for 64bit windows from
other distros.
If you are using 32 bit you can always continue using the gdb that comes
with the GPL edition and still use unencumbered gcc/ada from the
distribution I mentioned.
I have not honestly found gdb to be much use myself for anything but the
simplest Ada code and rely more on my own trace code as needed.
