I have removed the Attach parameter on all View types, etc. The Window_Type
now watches for children created with it as the parent and will "Auto
Set_View" them as the View for the window unless you call
Window.Disable_Auto_Set_View before.
I can't imaging why any one would directly create anything outside of a
View in to the Window since there would be no layout or even setting of
such objects in the DOM with out also calling the Place_* methods, etc. so
in those few cases when no layouts and auto placing in to the DOM are
desired, you can use Disable_Auto_Set_View.
