One more change, if Auto_Place is set to False on a view before creating
it, it will also not have Set_View automatically applied if its parent is a
Window_Type.

I have removed the Attach parameter on all View types, etc. The Window_Type
> now watches for children created with it as the parent and will "Auto
> Set_View" them as the View for the window unless you call
> Window.Disable_Auto_Set_View before.
