For me it looks like it happens on all 1.1 and higher builds starting with
my 07/05/2015 git pull.  I always pull the latest snap shot rather than
downloading from the main link.  I think my earliest "non working" pull on
my work computer is 07/02/2015, but that is just off the top of my head.  I
know all my git pulls from June work (at least up to 06/24/2015).
Everything starting early July results in a connection reset page.  I
included all the GNAT and GCC version info and my computer setup in the
ticket I referenced.

Two separately configured networks both have the same results:  Pre July
builds work, July up to current (Tested today's) do not work.

Any other info I am forgetting to provide?  I can take some logs of the
compilation if you need those.
