Yes, there are major changes in the underlying representations from what I
understand between GNAT GPL 2014 and GNAT GPL 2015 for 32 bit compilers.
The flags in the Gnoga make file are to use an alternate layout in simple
components (which was the default in older versions) that works with GPL
2014.
