is update-manager still alive and developed, or is it dead?
If alive, where is the code hosted?

Asking because users still file bug reports in GNOME Bugzilla (see
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/browse.cgi?product=update-manager -> Total
bugs), though at least for Fedora users I expect that they use
packagekit in fact and mix up things... Don't know about Ubuntu or
openSuse.

If it's dead I'd rather close the existing bugs as WONTFIX and close the
Bugzilla product for new bug entries.
