Glade 3.10 will be a big step forward, removing widgets and ABI on libglade-ui. When users min 3.10 expects more features no remove ones.
I think Glade 3.10 must be called 4.0 in line with Gtk+ 3.0 it points to, and because it removes legacy widgets and libglade-ui ABI changes.
