The latest firefox plugin for Do is actullay grabbing bookmark
information from ~/.mozilla/firefox/xxx.default/bookmarkbackups/
bookmarks-yyyy-mm-dd.json, which is updated by firefox automatically
everyday.

But I realized recently there is a issue in this .json file: all the
first entry in a sub-folder on my bookmark bar don't have the "index"
field, which means it is not indexed by Do. I don't know if it only
happens to me, or anyone can confirm this problem with .json files.
