Drag/drop the .dll file onto the plugin list in the preferences
dialog, and that will install it.  Then you can enable and test all
you want.

Docky is being removed from Do soon, so I recommend you instead look
at Docky 2.  http://do.davebsd.com/wiki/Installing_Docky or use the
lp:docky PPA.

There is plenty of example code in the StandardPlugins sub-dir.
