Since always, the best translators are maintainers of the translation of
certain numbers applications. That gives them the right to translate
these applis without me to require though it is.
You are yourself official maintainer of the translation of devhelp,
epiphany, galeon, metacity, metatheme, nautilus, rhythmbox. When did
you contribute to these translations for the last time while at the same
time you are not obliged to pass by me?
