The correct solution would be for Arnaud to download the pot file as indicated by Daniel [0] and move his existing translation into a fr.po file. Even better would be to go through the usual translation process and upload the translation to https://l10n.gnome.org/vertimus/gnome-taquin/master/help/fr for it to be reviewed.
