I edited the file /etc/sysconfig/i18n adding pt_BR.UTF-8:pt_BR:pt in the line
SUPPORTED.
LANG="en_US.UTF-8"
SUPPORTED="en_US.UTF-8:en_US:en:pt_BR.UTF-8:pt_BR:pt"
SYSFONT="latarcyrheb-sun16"
