Currently there are two puppet classes
1. postfix::server
2. postfix::client
The postfix::server is incomplete. We should have 3 instead.
1. postfix::server
2. postfix::amavis
3. postfix::mailman
or something
Currently we have ::server + ::amavis + ::mailman. Ideally you could have a
mailman config without amavis setup. Amavis would always require ::server.
Anyway, current postfix::server is incomplete compared to the menubar
configuration (misses the amavis + mailman stuff).
