Excellent work!  I tend to agree with Mr Shuttleworth when he says that l10n
is one of the most tangible strengths FOSS has over proprietary SW.

I think you are better off contacting the l10n teams on their mailing list (
http://live.gnome.org/TranslationProject/MailingList).  You ought to be able
to find all other information regarding i18n and l10n on the translation
wiki: http://live.gnome.org/TranslationProject .  Hope this helps.
