No difference :( Its still starts autogen.sh with *./autogen.sh --prefix /home/yash/gnome/install --libdir '/home/yash/gnome/install/lib64' --enable-installed-tests --enable-wayland-backend --enable-wayland-compositor --enable-evdev-input --enable-egl-backend --disable-wayland-backend * and passes the same to configure.
