I like the aero snap though it only goes half the screen. Grid does 1/2, 1/3, 2/3.

MS's thing of linking it to a mouse movement to the side of the screen (Aero Snap, I think it's called) is an improvement too, if you don't want to drag windows to another workspace off the side.
