Those are two interesting topics, I think the possibility to edit the
'recent documents' should get a priority. When using the computer with more
than 1 person it could be incriminating. Maybe some way to make sure certain
folders won't be monitored? Or an easy remove option...

Regarding applets, that would be a great addition indeed. If there is a way
for the dev's to make an easy 'Add applet' option, and make the applets
programmable in something like .js there will be allot of applets in
no-time. Or there could be an integrated hardware monitoring capability
that's really integrated into the panel, I think that would be more work but
it should look quite nice.
