It was caused by http://git.gnome.org/browse/gtk+/commit/?id=c332ac207ab4cac8f4c32aa85cdf6406157340af
na-tray-manager.c is stolen from: http://git.gnome.org/browse/gnome-panel/tree/applets/notification_area/na-tray-manager.c Which uses that. I've pinged vuntz, and hopefully I can get Company tomorrow.
