Hi,

I followed the command ./gnome-shell -rg as my GNOME Shell build will not crash
but won't start as it complains with this error:

./gnome-shell --replace
Gtk-Message: Failed to load module "pk-gtk-module": libpk-gtk-module.so: cannot
open shared object file: No such file or directory
Gtk-Message: Failed to load module "canberra-gtk-module":
libcanberra-gtk-module.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or
directory
Shell killed with signal 11
[allan.registos@developer src]$ Cannot register the panel shell: there is
already one running.
gtk-window-decorator: Screen 0 on display ":0.0" already has a decoration
manager; try using the --replace option to replace the current decoration
manager.

The result of ./gnome-shell -rg :

If that's the entirety of the message you receive, please try and get
a backtrace:

http://live.gnome.org/GnomeShell/Debugging

If the shell crashes and your desktop doesn't "disappear", you may be
able to reduce those steps down
without using a second computer:

$ ./gnome-shell -rg

...
(gdb) r

Program received signal SIGINT, Interrupt.
...
(gdb) t a a bt
#0 0x00007ffff1d52b8d in ......

(gdb) call gjs_dumpstack()
...

Paste all that information into a file and attach it or upload it somewhere.
