Is it gnome-shell or GTK+ that has changed the modal dialogs, such as save
dialogs, such that the window is without titlebar and centered over the top
of the parent window? My feedback on this is that being able to drag the
window to a new location on top of the parent so that you can see parts of
underlying window has some advantages. Just curious why this has changed to
a fixed location and if it's still open to change.
