It's designed for tweakers. Maybe some of the settings should go in
the control panel, but a lot of them aren't really things that should
be exposed in the control center.

GNOME Tweak Tool's extensions browser is just another view of
https://extensions.gnome.org/ from which you can do all the same
things. Not sure what a "Package" field would be, but we're working on
adding category support to the site, afterwards GNOME Tweak Tool
should be able to display it as well.
