Totem/Videos uses the dark variant of the theme, if that is available. if the theme you're using under Unity does not have a dark variant, then it'll fall back to the normal one.
the fact that Totem/Videos, similarly to how other media-related apps, uses the dark variant is intentional. ciao, Emmanuele.
