Now that we talk about web localisation and regionalisation... What is
the responsibility of the webhackers team in respect to those sites?

For instance, we have a bug that refers to http://es.gnome.org
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=319488

The bug is confirmed, I have contacted the Spanish speaking GNOME
developers... No answer. Since we don't have control over this site (as
far as I know) I would solve the bug as a wontfix asking the user to
contact the ES developers list if he wants to know more...

http://es.gnome.org itself looks pretty abandoned, and the same
impression gives me http://it.gnome.org . I haven't checked others, I'd
say that as a web team we don't even know the current status of all the
regional sites.

This is another reason to move forward the wgo revamp. I hope the board
members in this list bring this point to the Board agenda.
