patch: Arregla errada amb el Redcarpet

He corregit una petita errada al RedCarpet. Bàsicament la i d'informació
sortida dos cops. Tens el pedaç i el fitxer modificat tu mateix. La
traducció del RedCarpet és realment perfecte.
