No estic del tot segur en els temes de llicències, però per exemple la
GPL no és un contracte entre un usuari final i un desenvolupador, ja
que el producte és gratuït i no hi ha relació comercial. En d'altres
programaris (p.e. Office) sí que és un contracte com a tal. Jo
prefereixo acord de llicència, però suposo que depén del context on
s'apliqui.
