This is correct. I was hired primarily to work on the supermirror. > do; although many who were there loved him for the release work. *His* > contribution stopped, not because Canonical ordered him to stop, but > because Tom did, in words about one order of magnitude ruder than would > have been reasonable. This is half correct. True, company did not order me to stop. In all fairness, neither did Tom. I quit for two reasons because Tom was breaking promises about reviewing releases that I and a number of other people had put significant effort into. He had also developed a habit of publicly insulting me (look back in about Aug-Sept '05 of the list). I was much too angry to continue working on it. -- James Blackwell | Life is made of the stuff that hasn't killed Tell someone a joke! | you yet. - yours truly ---------------------------------------------------------------------- GnuPG (ID 06357400) AAE4 8C76 58DA 5902 761D 247A 8A55 DA73 0635 7400 _______________________________________________ Gnu-arch-users mailing list Gnu-arch-users@gnu.org http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/gnu-arch-users GNU arch home page: http://savannah.gnu.org/projects/gnu-arch/
