My integration branch was started before I joined Canonical, and was
maintained _for_ Canonical. When jblack started doing releases I
gratefully stopped pulling things into integration - Aarons integration
branch and jblacks releases were more than sufficient. The Canonical
development team were primarily using 'stock' tla as available from
debian. I do recall a few people using my integration branch, because
they wanted one of the few remaining features in it.
