Would you recommend this software for a government office?
Quite possibly. I know that the New York State Senate is using it. The one thing it is not very good for handling (yet) is sales, but that's not usually something a government needs. It's very good at managing constituent information and activities, and providing a framework for communicating with them. -- John Sullivan Free Software Foundation Manager of Operations
