> But to use it in the name of your product, such as "Colin's > Microsoft Text Editor", how much would I have to pay?
There is no amount because you can't use their name that way. That is simply wrong. Microsoft (or any other entity that holds a trademark on something) can give permission to use the actual trademark, what it might cost is up to the trademark holder. you could not say "Colin's Microsoft Text Editor." Given permission from the trademark holder, yes you could. Similarly, you could not say "Colin's IBM App" or "Colin's SuSE App" Ditto. _______________________________________________ Gnu-misc-discuss mailing list Gnu-misc-discuss@gnu.org http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/gnu-misc-discuss
