Actually, no need to. Just start a similarly hare-brained case yourself. Since Wallace's has been thrown out because of a failure stating a case, it won't be legal precedence for a case done by yours truly. And of course, since the law is quite on your side, and you are so very versed in it, it should be a safe way to make some money and put a dent into those pesky Free Software advocates.
