Perhaps the plaintiffs had a change of heart after they
filed, then. Or perhaps Actiontec enhanced its support.

for a variety of their products.

In any case, my question stands. Do you know of an
instance where the SFLC has dropped a case where
afterwards the source code of the GPL-licensed software
remains unavailable? From the vendor, that is, not from
the original creators?
