It's a problem with real people in the real world.
What is the antecedent of your "it"?
Freeloaders, thieves and general scroungers will indeed take advantage.
It's why the most used commercial SW projects in the world do not give
out their source codes as a general rule. If they did their hard work
would be distributed and cloned
It is the purpose of the FSF to insure that code should be
distributed and cloned. It is also the purpose of the FSF
that no one be prevented from distributing and cloning code.
GPLed code is meant to be taken advantage of.
Err, so what?
How will the FSF stop freeloaders stealing the code and giving nothing
back?
Duh.
Ask those who were already forced to do so by the courts.
Duh.
No court in a US jurisdiction ever has or ever will "force" anyone
to do so. The FSF might as well append a Rule 41 voluntary dismissal
to their silly GPL voidable contracts.
The SFLC or FSF will NEVER, NEVER allow a court to rule on the
merits of the GPL in any of their bullshit propaganda copyright
actions. Just ask the last five defendants who faced them.
Sincerely,
Rjack :)
