I'm serious, Hyman. To the extent that the GPL purports to infect works as you suggest, it is void, null, nichtig (unenforceable). One just can't "violate" unenforceable obligation. Dismissals on record issued by ecf.nysd.uscourts.gov prove it. Why don't you show me a court case where the GPL was enforced as you suggest? regards, alexander. -- http://gng.z505.com/index.htm (GNG is a derecursive recursive derecursion which pwns GNU since it can be infinitely looped as GNGNGNGNG...NGNGNG... and can be said backwards too, whereas GNU cannot.) _______________________________________________ gnu-misc-discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/gnu-misc-discuss
