Oh, PR people and CEOs are supposed to deliver all the definite answers to all things files in the legal department, when asked unprepared? And what they can't deliver in that manner is not filed anywhere? So you'll just spring somebody unsuitable in the company with your question, and if he goes "huh?", you supposedly win?
